Here at ALTHEUS we believe that a commitment to health and fitness should begin at an early age. Our team of leading health and sport experts has developed a group of programs customized for kids, teens and young adults. Our team’s success in this specialized area is unmatched, and our programs range from competitive athletics to weight management and injury recovery. We mix motivation, education and fun to instill healthy nutrition and fitness habits that will last a lifetime.

Coaching

Our younger clients, many of whom are competitive athletes, have access to a full range of sports coaching programs and customized services including:

  • ALTHEUS Tennis

  • ALTHEUS Custom (such as team sports, sailing, Olympic sports) 
  • ALTHEUS Cycling, Multisport and Endurance Center 
  • ALTHEUS Nutrition Counseling and Weight Management

ALTHEUS Summer Camps

Our day programs for athletes ages 13–21 are modeled after the off-season programs of professional athletes and Olympians. Participants receive high-level coaching services to enhance their speed, power, strength, endurance, mental toughness and nutrition intake. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend a variety of discussions on key topics like nutrition and sport psychology. At the end of the summer, campers are thoroughly prepared to enjoy an injury-free athletic experience to optimize their overall performance in the sports they participate in year round.
