Kettle Bells: A “kettlebell” is a traditional Russian cast iron weight currently heralded as one of the ultimate tools for achieving all round fitness. This new strength and conditioning class is for all fitness levels.
Zumba: Love to dance, but hate to exercise? Come and feel the rhythm! Sweat to the upbeat sounds of Latin, African and Reggae music. The Salsa, Meringue, Cumbia, and Tango are easy to follow and easy to learn for a fun and effective workout that boosts your heart rate while you tone your muscles.
Old School Boxing: Wrap your hands, warm up, skip rope, and then begin to hook and jab, slip and move. This innovative class will take you to the next level of fitness, while you develop proper form and skills.
Pilates Plus: A seamless blend of Pilates and Yoga with an inspiring variety of music. Concentrating on your core muscles with a series of mat exercises, using a combination of stretching and isometrics. Non-impact complete calisthenics class that focuses on core
